2020 Skate return.

Congrats to everyone on a great season of skating, and good luck this weekend at RUfast. Once the weekend is over, it is only a couple more weeks until the season is done, so time to plan the skate return.

 This year the Skate return will be held on Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25th of March at the north end of the athletic track where the skate storage is. All skates coming back should be returned in the condition you would like to rent a pair next year. This includes ensuring they are sharp and the laces are usable. To speed up the return, please tie the two skates together with a bow in the laces. If there are any issues with the skates, let the volunteers working the return know (BTW we need volunteers – sign up sheet will go out).

If the two days do not work for returns, please contact me directly at vc.equipment@calgaryspeedskating.ca. For skaters going to CANWEST, we will arrange a return at the meet.
