How to Place an Order

Placing an order with URstore is quick and easy! You don’t even need to create an account, just have a valid email address and you can place your order using your credit card on our secure e-commerce shopping cart.

 

1. Find the Product You Want to Purchase

Search for products you would like to order.

Begin searching by browsing gender and category listings in the left-side and/or top navigation bar.

When you find an item that interests you, click on the product to see its product details page.

On the product details page you will find more information about the item including a product description, sizes, colours, and available designs

You can also personalize your product on this page.

2. Customize Your Product

Choose the colour you want by clicking on the colour drop down menu to the left of the product image.

Select size and quantity by entering the number of each size you want in the fields below the product image. Refer to the Size Chart for correct measurements.

Choose the design from the “Design Theme” section.

Use the “Colours” drop-down menu(s) to choose the specific colour(s) for your chosen design.

3. Add the Product to Your Shopping Cart

Click on the “Add to cart” button to order your selected product(s).

From the “Shopping Cart” page, you can continue shopping by clicking the “Add more items to this order” or “Continue shopping” links or finish shopping by clicking the “Continue Checkout” button located in the lower right corner of the screen.

You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top navigation bar of the online store.

4. Proceed to Checkout

On the Shopping Cart page you can review all the items in your cart.

If you do not want to purchase a particular item, click “remove” next to the quantity for that product.

When you are ready to place your order click the “Checkout” button.

5. Complete your required information

Review your Order Summary to ensure your order is complete and accurate.

Fill in the “Ship-to Information” and “Billing Information”. If your shipping and billing information are the same you can click the box at the top of the “Billing Information” section to auto-fill the billing fields.

If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter “PO BOX” before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered properly.

6. Provide Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. All orders must be prepaid. Make sure to enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.

7. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the “Complete & Process Order” button in the lower right corner of your screen to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

 

Sizing

1. How do I select the right size?  

Our merchants work closely with our vendors and brands to provide reliable sizing for each apparel item. However, because we carry a wide variety of styles and brands, sizing fluctuates from product to product. Each item on our website includes a size chart and measuring instructions. You can find the size chart located on the product page, right above the product image. In most cases, we provide body measurements for each size. Some products may also indicate the manufacturing specifications, such as garment width or length.

2. How do products run “true to size”?  

Due to the large variety of products that we carry, sizes may vary from brand to brand, product to product. Each item on our website includes a size chart and measuring instructions. You can find the size chart located on the product page, right above the product image. In most cases, we provide body measurements for each size. Some products may also indicate the manufacturing specifications, such as garment width or length

3. What if I don’t know my measurements?  

We recommend that you first try to obtain your body measurements as this will provide you with the best guide for selecting a size. Refer to our “How to Take Body Measurements” page.

 

Shipping

1. When will my order ship?  

We begin processing your order immediately. Our goal is to have online orders shipped from our warehouse in 5 business days. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process.

If the item you ordered goes out of stock after you place the order, we will notify you via email so that you can choose a different colour or item, or remove the item from your order.

2. How will my order ship?  

Online and bulk orders ship via Purolator Ground or in some cases Canada Post. On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, unforeseen increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, or other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of URstore.

 

Returns

1. What is your return policy?

Because URstore products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, 
we do not accept returns for:

• Products produced as ordered

• Free or promotional items

• Bulk orders

We will accept limited returns for:

• Items with manufacturer damage or defects

• Items damaged in shipment
